How to Use

Warm the oil slightly before use.

• For Abhyanga: Massage gently over the body using circular motions on joints and long strokes on limbs. Leave for 30 minutes to 1 hour before a warm bath.
• For Padabhyanga: Apply on soles and heels at night to relax the nervous system and promote sound sleep.

Use daily or at least 2–3 times a week for holistic results.
