  • We accept secure online payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at present.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are specified during checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, logistical issues) are not under our control.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic formulations and hygiene protocols, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product is opened. If your item arrives damaged, or if the wrong product is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
