1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced soon. Stay connected through our newsletter and social media updates.

2. Order Processing Time

     

      • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

      • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and shipped.

    3. Delivery Timeline

       

        • Once shipped, deliveries typically take 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

        • Orders to metro cities may arrive earlier, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier constraints.

      4. Shipping Charges

         

          • Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.

          • A nominal shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

        These charges will be visible at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

        5. Tracking Your Order

           

            • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.

            • You can also log into your account on RajwadaSecrets.com to view the current status of your order.

          6. Delayed Deliveries

          While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

             

              • Weather disruptions

              • Operational delays at courier partners

              • National holidays or lockdowns

            We appreciate your patience in such situations.

            7. Incorrect Address / Non-Acceptance

            Please ensure that you enter the correct address and phone number during checkout.
            If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will attempt re-delivery, but extra charges may apply.

            8. Damaged or Missing Items

            If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or if an item is missing, please:

               

                • Take a photo of the packaging and product

                • Notify us at care@rajwadasecrets.com within 48 hours of receiving the order

              We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
