Refund and Replacement

At Rajwada Secrets, each product is a reflection of our commitment to purity, tradition, and authenticity. Due to the delicate and personal nature of Ayurvedic wellness and beauty formulations, we have a specific refund and replacement policy to ensure safety and fairness for all our patrons.


1. No Returns on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products. Our products are Ayurvedic and handmade in small batches, and we maintain strict quality standards to ensure your safety.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product shipped

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@rajwadasecrets.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the outer packaging and the product in question
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.


3. Missing Items in Order

If an item is missing from your package:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • We will verify the shipping records and arrange a resolution accordingly.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI/Net Banking/Card) within 7–10 business days after confirmation. You will be notified by email once your refund is initiated.


5. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests if:

  • The complaint is raised beyond 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product has been used or tampered with.
  • There is no supporting evidence (images/video) provided.

6. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not entertain refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Disliking the natural aroma, color, or texture of the product
  • A change in personal preference after ordering
  • Reactions without pre-consultation or patch test (Ayurvedic products may react differently based on individual Prakriti)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

To request a cancellation, please write to support@rajwadasecrets.com as early as possible.
